Pre-Interview Actions

If approved for further consideration, the applicant should review our website to make sure that they fully understand our business activities and how we operate. They will take a short questionnaire designed to ensure that they have a sufficient grasp of our business and if approved, they will be scheduled for a couple of telephone interviews.    

Telephone Interviews

An initial interview will be conducted by telephone and the applicant will be invited to present themselves, their background, qualifications, experience and skills. They may be asked questions relating to their abilities in the areas that are relevant to the job for which they are applying e.g. for a Client Specialist position they may be asked about prior sales experience, ability to make "cold calls", telephone manner and attitude, ability to use computers/IT systems, etc. If approved for further consideration, they will then be given a second telephone interview, after which a background check may be completed, references checked and a final decision is made.
