Partner Programme

Caledonian is different - we focus on delivering the best solutions to meet the needs of our clients after our extensive assessment has uncovered their issues, problems and areas where they can improve operations or increase their profits. No company can be an expert in every area, so we focus on identifying the issues and connecting the clients with the best solutions commercially available. To do this, we created our Partner Programme where we can track and manage solution providers, matching clients with the best solutions that meet their needs in an economical and timely manner.

We have a large number of solution providers and partners already in our network, with more joining our programme on a regular basis. There are specific requirements for eligibility, continuing membership and services/solutions offered, as well as the need to work closely with Caledonian in meeting the needs of our clients on an on-going basis. Programme Operations & Costs

 
The initial membership fee is $295. There are no additional registration or processing fees. The annual membership fee of $295 is due and payable on the 1st January each year. Fees paid are for the balance of the calendar year in which they are made, and any fee paid after the 30th September will include the remaining 3 months of that year, plus the full 12 months of the following year. Selection of Partners and Solution Providers is based on their skills, professional abilities, expertise, applicability of the solutions that they provide and other factors. Partners must provide clear, fairly priced and accurate bids, complete with required supporting documentation and assistance as requested by clients in the evaluation of their bids or solutions. Failure to meet these standards will result in the partner being terminated from the programme. All such decisions by Caledonian are final and there is no appeal!
