We offer a wide selection of services and products at a fixed price, with NO additional charges for travel, accommodation or other expenses. Our workdays can last up to 12 hours, so get ready for an early start, long hours and a late finish!
Included in every Highlander programme is a pre-determined number of hours/days of Caledonian Assist, where we provide experts who work with the client to implement recommended solutions, products, services or procedures. Clients are provided with modules, programmes and systems that solve issues identified in their Highlander report, including spreadsheets and documents for explaining, managing and tracking cash flow, HR issues, employee manuals, scheduling meetings, etc. Caledonian executives then work with the client to implement these solutions and procedures in a timely manner, working as a team so that the cost to the client is kept to the minimum and implementation can be completed within a few days. Further assistance is available under the Caledonian Direct programme for an additional fee. | | | | | | Caledonian Direct | | | If clients need more assistance (either due to lack of expertise, manpower restrictions, availability or scheduling, etc), we offer our Caledonian Direct programme, under which clients purchase daily blocks of time of one or more partners, or dedicated Solution Specialists.
