Caledonian Structure and Management

Caledonian is a privately owned LLC, incorporated in Delaware and managed by a group of partners - learn more about our executive management team. The company is organized into operating divisions, each of which is managed by a partner. The main divisions are Sales and Operations. 

Sales Division

The Sales Division is responsible for all sales and marketing activities, including market research, client prospecting and client identification, sales presentations and negotiations. Sales representatives work in geographical regions, usually working from home and travelling to potential clients offices to present our services, meet with owners and senior business executives and close sales. Working under the direction of a partner or Regional Director, Sales Representatives also work with local CARP's, developing leads and establishing links to potential clients on a personal basis.
 

Sales Representatives

Sales representatives form the core of our sales teams and operations. Working from home. they are based in the main geographical regions in which we operate, contacting clients by phone or email and then visiting them at their offices to discuss how Caledonian an help them in their business operations.
Staff have pre-defined goals, objectives and operating procedures that they follow, reporting to a partner on a daily basis and using our computerized CRM for workflow management. Staff can expect to work reasonable hours and earn pay based on performance - the more sales that they close, then potentially the  more they can earn.

Operations Division

The Operations Division is responsible for all business assessments, analysis of a client's operations, solution recommendations, provision and delivery of management solutions. Business analysts work with a partner on business assessments, with additional support provided by specialists or experts on an "as needed" basis. On occasion, independent consultants may also be engaged to provide specialist or additional services or support to the active team working with a client.
